Teresa Molina is a Realtor and Residential Mortgage Loan Consultant for NT & Associates. She has 28 years experience in the Mortgage Lending industry. She is a graduate of the Institute of Real Estate, and has an NMLS endorsement. She has served as a Board member and Treasurer for Soroptimist International of Whittier and as a member of the TEAM Referral Network for 7 years. Teresa joined NPIEN, because she believes that every child should have an opportunity to pursue higher education.

NPIEN would like to recognize our outgoing President Teresa Molina for her leadership from July 2018 to July 2020. Teresa always lead with kindness and empathy for all, and truly exemplified Aloha. The 2018 Annual Education Conference was held at Paramount High School with over 200 in attendance and the 2019 Annual Education Conference at Lakewood HIgh School was held, with over 150 in attendance. Over 1,500 students participated in the Falanai Ala Guest Speaker and Mentoring Program. Thirty one college, high school and middle school students received the Christina Diaz Scholars Awards, with over $10,000 awarded in scholarship funds. Teresa also was supporting her children in college plus our Board Member Hector Molina :) and at the same time served as President of the Rancho Southeast Association of Realtors! We thank Teresa and the Molina's for all their tremendous efforts and support.
