Ethan Nguyen graduated from UCLA in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Asian American Studies with a minor Labor/Workplace Studies. During his undergraduate days he was heavily involved in the Pacific Islander Student Association, American Indian Recruitment, and Higher Opportunity Program for Education. After college he went on to intern at Empowering Pacific Islander Communities, then worked at the Tongan Community Service Center as the Health Policy Liaison. He currently works at Blue Shield of California as a member supports specialist. In his free time he travels and serves also as a board member of the Pacific Islander Alumni Association.
